I love meeting young readers & writers both virtually and in-person. My presentations are most suitable for grades 1–4 (ages 6–10).

5 Writing Tips

Using one of my books as a model I’ll share 5 tips kids can use to make their own writing come alive. This is followed by a short reading and Q&A.

How a Book Gets Made

I’ll walk kids through the steps a book takes to go from a document on a computer screen to sitting on a bookstore shelf. This is followed by a short reading and Q&A.

SURPRISE MegaFans visit!

If your group has read one or more Megabat books, I’ll pop in for a surprise visit (virtually or in-person) to read aloud, share some batty facts and answer questions.
